Quick to set up hardcover rooftop tent

The UppTäcka hardshell roof tent, like our other hardcover roof tents, can be set up in seconds. Using the strong Stabilus gas springs, you unfold the tent and create a comfortable sleeping place on the roof of your car within 60 seconds. The UppTäcka features an x hinge, making this tent comfortable even for taller people. The lightweight aluminum honeycomb shell has excellent insulating properties and has a set-up height of only 13 cm (without roofracks)

Hardshell rooftop tent made of robust and comfortable materials

This rooftop tent is made of 320g/m² polycotton ripstop with an anti-UV 50+ blackout coating that ensures a dark sleeping environment. The water column of 3000mm guarantees full protection against rain and bad weather conditions. The rain canopy is made 210D recycled Oxford polyester with a water column of >5000mm. All openings are fitted with extra fine mesh mosquito net, which keeps out not only mosquitoes but also Scandinavian midges or Scottish midges and even sahara dust.The comfortable 50mm HR foam mattress (cold foam HR-35) offers excellent support. The mattress molds to your body, so you always wake up feeling rested. The anti-condensation mat (included as standard) regulates moisture and condensation, contributing to a comfortable sleeping environment.

Standard equipment

This hardshell triangle roof tent is equipped with integrated LED lights, which you can easily connect to a power bank (not included), so you always have light, even in the darkest places. Two waterproof shoe pockets provide practical storage space to keep your shoes or other gear dry and outside the tent. Inside, the tent features several storage compartments, including a ceiling storage compartment the size of an Ipad, fitted with touch foil. The matte black click-step ladder, which extends to 230 cm, provides easy access to your tent, even on taller vehicles.The 2 standard roofracks included in the delivery have been pre-fitted for you and allow you to carry additional adventure equipment, such as a solar panel, Sup, bikes or other gear.

Upon arrival, check the packaging for visible shipping damage. If there is visible shipping damage to the package, take photos and make a note on the carrier's delivery receipt; is the visible shipping damage severe? Contact our emergency number on the shipping label to discuss whether to refuse delivery.

Place the package on a flat surface with the top cover arrows facing up. Open the packaging by removing the lid from the shipping box. Unfold the tent, possibly on a couple of trestles, to inspect it for any (shipping) damage and assess whether it meets your expectations in terms of size, color and finish. You can also remove the instructions, fasteners and ladder from the tent.

As long as you are not sure if you want to keep the product, do not use the product (mount it on your car and take it on a weekend trip) and carefully keep the packaging including all protective equipment, manuals, etc. For the complete regulations regarding the "on sight" in the cooling-off period for products purchased online, we refer you to the applicable laws and regulations, laid down in the Distance Selling Act, our general terms and conditions and the information in the right of withdrawal and return tab.
