Netherlands and Belgium: free home delivery

Delivery in other EU countries
- Germany & Luxembourg: delivered home within 5-7 working days, surcharge €89 per pallet*
- Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) , Denmark, Hungary, France, Czech Republic, Poland and southern Sweden within 7-10 working days home delivery, surcharge €129 per pallet*
- Finland, northern Sweden and southern Norway (incl. customs clearance), home delivery within 7-14 working days, surcharge €169 per pallet*

* Roof tents longer and wider than 130cm or longer than 200cm always consist of a double pallet delivery.

- Same-day pickup is often possible (Mon-Fri. 9:00-21:00, Sat. 9:00-15:00)
Important information
- Upon arrival, check the packaging for visible shipping damage. If there is visible shipping damage to the package, take photos and make a note on the carrier’s delivery receipt; is the visible shipping damage severe? Contact our emergency number on the shipping label to discuss whether to refuse delivery.
- Place the package on a flat surface with the top cover arrows facing up. Open the packaging by removing the lid from the shipping box. Unfold the tent, possibly on a couple of trestles, to inspect it for any (shipping) damage and assess whether it meets your expectations in terms of size, color and finish. You can also remove the instructions, fasteners and ladder from the tent.
- As long as you are not sure if you want to keep the product, do not use the product (mount it on your car and take it on a weekend trip) and carefully keep the packaging including all protective equipment, manuals, etc. For the complete regulations regarding the “on sight” in the cooling-off period for products purchased online, we refer you to the applicable laws and regulations, laid down in the Distance Selling Act, our general terms and conditions and the information in the right of withdrawal and return tab.
