The Fjällvila UppTäcka S is a Quick set up aluminum Hardcover Roof Tent – the perfect choice for adventurers who want to combine comfort, robustness and speed. This hardtop roof tent is designed for the modern camper looking for simplicity and functionality. Using the Stabilus gas springs, the tent folds open in seconds. After this, all you have to do is slide out the ladder and you instantly have a comfortable sleeping place. Thanks to the aluminum honeycomb body, the tent offers excellent insulation and the build-up height is only 13 cm (without roof racks), which reduces air resistance and fuel consumption while driving.

Robust and comfortable Material

The hardshell roof tent is made of 320g/m² polycotton Rip-Stop with an anti-UV 50+ blackout coating, which both protects against harmful sun rays and creates a dark sleeping environment. The water column of >5000mm ensures that your tent can withstand heavy rain and other adverse weather conditions, keeping you dry and comfortable no matter the weather.

The 50mm HR foam mattress (HR-35 cold foam) ensures an excellent night’s sleep. The mattress adapts perfectly to your body, so you wake up rested even after a long day of adventure. The 3D mesh anti-condensation mat prevents moisture under your mattress, contributing to a dry and pleasant sleeping environment.

Smart Functionalities for Practical Camping

The integrated LED light offers added convenience, especially while camping in dark places. These lights can be easily connected to a power bank (not included). In addition, the matte black click-step ladder (up to 230 cm) provides easy access to the tent, even on higher vehicles. A waterproof storage bag provides practical storage space for 2 pairs of shoes, so you can keep them dry and outside the tent.

On the 2 roof racks you can carry additional adventure equipment, such as a solar panel, bikes or SUP. The maximum load capacity of the roof racks is 30 kg (opened) and 100 kg (closed), allowing you to carry everything you need without worry.

Important information

Upon arrival, check the packaging for visible shipping damage. If there is visible shipping damage to the package, take photos and make a note on the carrier's delivery receipt; is the visible shipping damage severe? Contact our emergency number on the shipping label to discuss whether to refuse delivery.

Place the package on a flat surface with the top cover arrows facing up. Open the packaging by removing the lid from the shipping box. Unfold the tent, possibly on a couple of trestles, to inspect it for any (shipping) damage and assess whether it meets your expectations in terms of size, color and finish. You can also remove the instructions, fasteners and ladder from the tent.

As long as you are not sure if you want to keep the product, do not use the product (mount it on your car and take it on a weekend trip) and carefully keep the packaging including all protective equipment, manuals, etc. For the complete regulations regarding the "on sight" in the cooling-off period for products purchased online, we refer you to the applicable laws and regulations, laid down in the Distance Selling Act, our general terms and conditions and the information in the right of withdrawal and return tab.
